Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants for a sum of Rs.90,000/- and the Applicant had issued No Dues Certificate dated 22.09.2025 to the Defendants and their loan stands closed. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.2283 of 2025 is allowed. The O.A. No.813 of 2024 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
