The claim of the bank is to the tune of Rs. 46,03,048/- with interest & cost.
COMPROMISE
Down Payment: - Rs. 5.50 Lac
Installments: -
It is submitted that Borrower has been died. Settlement is done by widow who is not able to attend DRT, but accepted the OTS and 5.50 Lac already paid. It is stated that borrower does not owe any further amount to the bank in respect of the above accounts after above payment.

ORDER/AWARD
In view of the above settlement and payment in the present matter before LokAdalat, the award is passed. The interim relief, if any, stands vacated. The Original Application no. 292/2022 stands disposed of accordingly. Refund of complete Court fees is ordered to be paid to the Bank after acknowledgement of the same. In case of failure, Bank/FI can move application for issuance of Recovery Certificate on the basis of this Award.
