The instant case is taken up on the prayer of Applicant Bank. The Applicant Bank has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and the final total Settlement Amount of Rs.25,00,000/- has been deposited by the defendants .
The applicant has placed the application for withdrawal of the case and to list in lok Adalat.
The application is supported by the Affidavit dated 07/10/2025 of Shri Ashish Kumar Shukla presently posted as Senior Manager, YES Bank limited, having its branch office at Yes Bank, 12, Tulsi Complex Rani Laxrni Bai Marg, Hazratganj, Lucknow (U.P.).
