The instant case is taken up on the prayer of Applicant Bank.
The Applicant Bank has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and the final total Settlement Amount of Rs.7,12,000/- has been deposited by the defendants. The applicant has placed the application for withdrawal of the case and to list in lok Adalat.
The application is supported by the Affidavit dated 10/11/2025 of Shri Saurabh Singh presently posted as legal Manager, HDFC Bank Limited, 4th Floor, Crecsent Heights, Amar Sheheed Path Ansal , Lucknow.-226002 (U.P.).
Keeping in view prayer of the Applicant Bank, .withdrawal of the case is allowed.
