The instant case is taken up on the prayer of Applicant Bank. The Applicant Bank has settled the matter with Respondent for Rs. 25,38,640/-. Since the matter is settled, the Applicant has placed the application for withdrawal of the case in Lok Ada lat .
The application is supported by the Affidavit dated 13/11/2025 of Shri Om Prakash Chaudhary presently posted as Branch Head, Union bank of India Branch Behrauli Tehsil Mohanlalganj, District Lucknow (U.P.).
Keeping in view prayer of the Applicant Bank, withdrawal of the case is allowed.
