The Evrdence Affrdavrt coupled wrth the recrtals in the documents viz., Exhrbits Annexu.e-A"/1 to Exhibrt Annexure-E ma.ked on behalf of the appllcant Bank, establtshed the ctalm of the appllcant Bank agalnst the defendants and OA schedule properfles. Hence, I hold that the defendants are, Jolnfly and severally, ltable to pay to the applicant Bank the claims made in the OA wlth future lnterest and costs,
