Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants for a sum of Rs.55,40,000/- and the Applicant had the Defendants loan account closed. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.1797 of 2025 is allowed. The O.A. No.167 of 2023 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
