| nrb – 13 | Applicant Bank has filed Withdrawal Application I.A. No.1748 of 2025 supported by affidavit for withdrawal of the O.A. No.1209 of 2024. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been settled with the Defendants as the Defendants has paid the overdue amount of the Loan Account in the sum of Rs.1,90,000/- out of the outstanding amount of Rs.25,40,358.61 and that the Loan Account has become regularised. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.1748 of 2025 is allowed. The O.A. No.1209 of 2024 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
