Advocate for the Applicant submits that the matter has been amicably settled with the Defendants for a sum of Rs.5,23,84,759.67 and the Applicant had issued NDC to the Defendants. In view of the above submissions, the withdrawal of I.A. No.1952 of 2025 is allowed. The O.A. No.95 of 2023 stands disposed of as withdrawn.
