In this matter two housing loans has been sanctioned to the same person one on 16.03.2020 and another on 23.03.2020 for the same amount of Rs.15,30,000/- and one Rs.40,000/- for insurance cover sanction on 20.03.2020. 2. The account went into quick mortality and became NPA on 14.11.2020. The loan has been sanctioned during the covid period only. |

| 3. The Original Application has been filed for a sum of Rs..36,29,387/- along with future interest. 4. The defendant served on through affixation and then through publication. Despite service of summons, the defendants did not choose to enter appearance either personally or through their Advocate. 5. In these circumstances, it appears that the defendants are not interested in filing the written statement or has nothing to show cause and as such the defendants are hereby set ex- parte. |
