As stated supra, the Defendant remained absent and drd not turn up to controvert the versron of the O.A. of Applicant Bank. The Evidence Affidavrt coupled with the recrtals rn the documents vrz., Exhibrt Annexure A fo Anoexure T marked on behalf of the Applrcant Baok, established the clarm of the Applicant Bank against the Defendants and OA schedule propertres. Hence, I hold that the Defendants are lornlly and severally iable to pay to the App[cant Bank the claims made in the OA wrth fuLure rnterest and costs.
