The Applicant Bank filed the present OA berng No. O.A. 141 of 2Ot3 on 26/O6/20t3 tor recovery ofa total sum oF Rs. 14,59,680.50/ (Rupees fourleen lakh ftfty nrne thousand srx hundred eighty and parse f,fty only) from the Defendants towards term loan together wrth interest, cost and other usual reliefs

The Defendants are served wrth summons. The defendants did not appear, as there was no representatron from the defendants, the case was frxed for ex parte heanng on 210512024, and heard ex-parte accordingly.

The Applicant Bank examined 20 documents through Mr. Deepak Kujur, Senior lianager marked as Exhibit Annexure - A to Exhibit Annexure - T.

As stated supra, the Defendant^{remained absentand did not turn up to controvert the} version of the O.A. of Applacant^{Bank The Evidence Affadavitcoupled with the recitals in the} documents vrz., Exhibit^{Annexure A to AnnexureT markedon behalfof the ApplicantBank,} established the claim of^{the Applicant Bank againstthe Defendantsand oA schedule} propertres. Hence, I hold that the Defendants^{are jointly and severally liable to pay to the} Applicant Bank the claims^{made in the OA with future interest and costs}
