During the pendency of the matter, the applicant and the defendant had arrived at a compromise and settled the dues of the applicant in the instant OA and have paid Rs. 15,00,000/- of the outstanding dues. No Due Certificate has been issued on 04/12/2023 in favour of the defendants, which is annexed to the instant I.A. Ld. Advocate for the applicant has prayed for withdrawal of the instant O.A/334/2023. In view of the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties, the instant I.A. and all other pending I.As are disposed of along with O.A. 334 of 2023 in the category of dismissed as withdrawn as amicably settled.
