In view of the above, I pass the following order : ORDER A. Interlocutory application no. 663/2024 for condonation of delay is allowed and consequently MA no. 27/2024 is allowed. B. Original Application no. 229/2023 is hereby restored to its original position. C. Consign the file to the Record Room and orders be uploaded on official web-site
