The secured creditor’s counsel submits that the authorized official issued another demand notice dated 4thJuly 2023 and therefore, the present Securitisation Application filed by the applicants based on the demand notice dated 29thMay 2023 has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the parties conceded that the Securitisation Application has become infructuous. The secured creditor’s counsel submits that authorized official will restore the possession within two weeks. In view of the above, Securitisation Application No.7 of 2022 stands dismissed with no order as to costs. |
