The respondent has filed the reply. It is submitted by the counsel for the applicant that it is filed belatedly and I leave it to the Court that it is accepted or not? The counsel for the respondent has made very grave allegations against the applicant as such he submits that the possession was forcefully taken back by the applicant for which the FIR was lodged and the Purshis is already filed. He submits that they have already moved the Chief Judicial Magistrate for taking property. In view of this act of the applicant and the fact that he is possessing the property, I do not think this Securitisation Application should continue and accordingly dismissed. |
