In this matter an application has been moved to return the original documents filed alongwith the claim affidavit in the Original Application No.48/2014 in the year 2015 on the ground that matter has been assigned to ARC and they require the original documents. The OA was dismissed in the year 2015. The application of the bank has been made because the ARC is not substituted in OA. The Bank may take the documents themselves or authorize the representative of ARC to take the original documents. In view of the above, I pass the following order. ORDER Miscellaneous Application No.34/2023 stands disposed off. The Bank/ARC to take appropriate steps for return of the original documents filed alongwith the claim affidavit in the Original Application No.48/2014 and the registry is directed to return the same as per rule to Bank/AR of ARC. |
