Whereas during the pendency of the case before this Tribunai, the applicant bank and the defendants have mutually consented to settle the loan account.

Now, in terms of the reference made before the Lok Adalat on this 10'h Day of June, 2023 the Parties have mutually settled the loan account and Defendants deposited the entire compromise amount of Rs.23,92,395.20ps in full and final settlement. The Counsel for Applicant p.uyJfo. withdrawal of the case as there remains nothing to recover from the Defendants. In view of the settlement made before the Lok Adalat, the OA.9731202j is disposed as withdrawn. Court fee be refunded as per rules.

Copy of this order be provided to the concemed parties or their representatives.
