whereas during the pendency of the case before this Tribunal, the applicant bank and the defendants have mutually consented to settle the loan account.

Now, in terms of the reference made before the Lok Adalat on this l0th Day of June, 2023 the parties have mutually settled the loan account and Defendants deposited the entire compromise amount of Rs.80,00,000/- in full and final settlement. The counsel for Applicant prays for withdrawal of the case as there remains nothing to recover from the Defendants. In view of the settlement made before the Lok Adalat, the oA.l 5$l2o23 is disposed as withdrawn. court fee be refunded as per rules.
