Whereas during the pendency of the case before this Tribunal, the applicant bank and the defendant have mutually consented to settle the loan account.

Now, in terms of the reference made before the t,ok Adalat on this 10'h Day of June, 2023 the Parties have mutually settled the loan account and Defendant deposited the entire compromise amount of Rs.20,20,668.36ps in full and final settlement. The Counsel for Appticant pruyi'fo. withdrawal of the case as there remains nothing to recover from the Defendant. In view of the settlement made before the Lok Adalat, the OA.580/202)"!s disposed as withdrawn. Court fee be refunded as per rules.
