Application is filed for restoration of Securitisation Application no.209/2023 which is disposed off by order dated 28.06.2023 because of discrepancy in the 13(2) notice with the instruction to the bank to look into the aspect. 2. The Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the bank has not looked into the said aspect and has issued further auction sale notice. 3. In view of the above facts and circumstances, I pass the following order through video conferencing. ORDER A. Misc. Application no. 46/2023 is allowed. |
