Learned Counsel for the Appellant Mr. Debasish Chakrabarty submits that a settlement is arrived at between the Appellant as well as the Auction Purchaser and a joint petition is filed by the parties. Auction Purchasers have filed their vakalatnama which is taken on record. Learned Counsel for the Appellant Mr. Debasish Chakrabarty has also endorsed on the memo of Appeal that the Appellant is withdrawing the Appeal. Accordingly, Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
