THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL:
Instant appeal is preferred against order passed by Learned DRT-II, Hyderabad in I.A. 2506 of 2025 arising out of S.A. 372 of 2025 dated 3.9.2025.
It is submitted that the S.A. 372 of 2025 is dismissed in default on 4.12.2025 by the Learned DRT and the order is final. No application for restoration is moved. Accordingly, since the S.A., wherein order was passed, has already been dismissed, this appeal has become infructuous and accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
