ORDER

This appeal is filed under Section 18 of the SARFAESI Act 2002 along with condone delay application in IA 728/2024, challenging the order dated

08/08/2024 passed by the Ld. Presiding Officer, DRT, Coimbatore.

Learned counsel for R1 is present. Learned counsel for R2 appeared

through Video Conferensing .

When the matter was taken up on 05/05/2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this matter was listed today for dismissal. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Therefore, the Condone delay application in IA 728/2024 is dismissed

for non-prosecution. Consequently, the appeal is rejected.

In the result, this Appeal in AIR (SA) 1494/2024 and IA728/2024 (Delay)) are dismissed.

Parties shall bear their own costs. Pending IAs, if any, stand closed.
