ORDER
Learned counsel for the respondent filed a memo stating that the
appellant had settled the loan amount by way of OTS on 16/06/2025. The respondent had also issued account closure letter.
Learned counsel for the respondent prays to record this memo and pass orders.
In view of the settlement of the loan account by way of OTS,
nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal.
In the result, the condone delay petition in IA 380/2025 is
dismissed as infructuous resulting in rejection of the appeal in AIR 155/2025.
Parties shall bear their own costs.
Pending applications, if any, stand closed.
