I.A. 415 of 2025, a Joint Compromise Petition in the shape of affidavit, is filed by the Appellant as well as Respondent No. 1 which is verified by the Registrar.
Learned Counsel for Respondent No. 2, Bank, submits that Bank has no objection in the compromise arrived at between the Appellant, namely M/s. Neo Tech Oils Private

Limited and Respondent No. 1, M/s. Ralco Steel Private Limited.
Accordingly, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
Copy of the order be supplied to Appellant and the Respondent Bank and a copy be also forwarded to the concerned DRT.
