Learned Counsel for Applicant Bank submits that in view of the withdrawal of Appeal No. 31 of 2025 by the Appellants in that appeal and the compromise entered into by and between the Appellants and Respondent No. 1 in Appeal No. 31 of 2025, Appellant Bank’s appeal has become infructuous.

Learned Counsel for Respondents have no objection to the same.
