ORDER
This appeal is filed against the interim order passed in IA 2093/2024, which is an application to waive the second part of the conditional order passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai on 12.08.2025. SA 387/2024 filed challenging the possession notice dated 27.05.2024 and the same is still pending.
that the hearing of the case is completed and the matter is ripe for arguments. In the said circumstances, this Tribunal is of the view that this appeal can be disposed giving a direction to the learned Presiding Officer, DRT-II, Chennai to dispose the SA 387/2024 as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law.

In the result, this appeal is disposed of accordingly.
