ORDER
This Appeal is filed under Section 18 of the SARFAESI
Act, against the interim order dated 28.01.2025 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, DRT-III, Chennai, in SA 84/2024 for deferring the sale scheduled to be held on 30.01.2025 in pursuance of the sale notice dated 24,12,2024 subject to payment of 50% of the amount claimed in the sale notice on or before 29.01.2025 at 11.00 a.m. Against this order, this appeal is filed.
