The Respondents have been served in both these appeals despite being served with notices. They are called absent and set exparte in both these appeals there are applications filed for condonation of delay. In Appeal at Diary No. 2034/2023, there is a delay of 48 days while in filing the Appeal at Diary No. 2050/2023 there is a delay of 35 days pointed out by the office.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellants submits that there is a delay of only 15 days and 14 days respectively. The reasons have been explained by the Ld. Counsel stated that the receipt for obtaining the certified copies was produced in only one of the Appeals. Even if the explanation given by the Appellants is to be accepted and there is some delay in filing the appeals which is only a

few days. There is no objection forthcoming from the Respondents. The delay stands explained and hence, the applications for condonation of delay in both appeals are allowed and the appeals shall be taken on file if there are no other defects to be cured.
The original receipt is produced in Appeal at Diary No. 2050/2023 the copy of the same shall be produced in the connected appeal and the office shall take that as a valid receipt.
Post on 30.01.2024 before Registrar.
