The Appellants are in appeal impugning the order dated 13.01.2023 in Interlocutory Application (I.A.) No. 2373 of 2023 in Securitisation Application (S.A.) No.22 of 2023 on the files of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur (D.R.T). There is a delay of 24 days in filing the appeal for which I.A. No. 467 of 2023 is filed for condonation. The reasons for the delay have been well explained.
