In compliance of order dated 16/03/2023 passed by Hon’ble Chairperson, Ld. Advocate Mr. Sannidhya Datta on behalf of Appellant filed an Amendment Petition being No. I.A. No. 200 of 2023 through online on 28.04.2023 and hard copy of the same was received on 11/05/2023. Affidavit of service was filed along with the Amendment Petition. Out of five respondents, postal service had been confirmed upon Respondent No. 1 & 2 only.

Ld. Advocate for Appellant was directed to serve the Amendment Petition upon Respondent No. 3 to 5 by way of newspaper publication and to file affidavit of service but the same is yet to receive.

Vide order dated 16.03.2023 passed by Hon’ble Chairperson, Ld. Counsel for Appellant has been granted two weeks time to file amendment application and the matter is fixed on 20/06/2023 for hearing of waiver application, I.A. No. 448 of 2022.

The matter may be placed before Hon’ble Chairson on 20/06/2023 as already fixed.
