THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL:
Mr. Vikram Wadehra, learned counsel for the respondent submits that on the last date of hearing i.e., 23.06.2023, a submission has been made by his colleague on the basis of instructions received from the respondent bank that outstanding amount due as Rs.6.50 crores and settlement amount was as Rs.4.50 crores. Today, learned counsel submits that there was a misconception about the same. As on date the amount due is Rs.12.70 crores and the Bank can consider the settlement for Rs.5.60 crores. Respondent should file an affidavit to this effect within two weeks.
