Heard the learned counsel for the applicant on the urgency application being I.A. No. 551/2023.
For the reason stated in the urgency application, the same is allowed and the date already fixed for 27.09.2023 is preponed today.
Learned counsel for the appellant has filed withdrawal application being I.A. No. 552/2023 on the ground that the OTS proposal of the appellant has been approved by the Bank and there remains nothing to be decided in the present case.
Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank seeks time to take instruction from the Bank.
