Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he needs some time to prepare the matter with regard to the maintainability of the appeal.
The office report dated 29.05.2023 shows that no notice has been issued upon the respondent nos. 4 to 9 after allowing the restoration application.
Let the notice be issued to the respondents no. 4 to 9 by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
Learned counsels for the appearing respondents may file reply to the maintainability of the appeal by the next date.
