Present: Shri K. P. Patel, counsel for the appellant, None for the respondents,
Learned counsel for the appellant files postal receipts.
Pursuant to the earlier order dated 28.09.2021, notices were issued to the respondents. The office report dated 28.02.2022 reveals that the notices sent to the respondents no. 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9 have returned back with an endorsement that the addressees have left. With regard to the respondent nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 11 & 12, neither A.D. Card nor envelopes have returned back.
Accordingly, the appellant is directed to take steps for service of notices upon the respondents except the respondent no. 10 within two weeks through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
List this case on 20.05.2022 for service.
