Shri Pawan Kumar Mishra, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-Bank and submits that he has not been served with the copy of appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he shall serve the same upon the counsel for the respondent-Bank during course of the day.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the only question involved in the present case is regarding payment of interest on the auction money to the appellant, who is prospective buyer. Let the respondent-bank file response by the next date.
