Ld. Counsel for the appellant has filed Urgency Application (I.A. No. 648/2023) on the grounds that Ld. Additional District Magistrate (IIIrd), Lucknow has passed orders directing Police authorities to ensure transfer of possession of the property to Respondent Bank if the appellant fails to vacate the property by 16.08.2023 and prayed that in view of his Urgency Application, a short date may be fixed in the case.

In view of the submissions made by the Ld. Counsel, Let the matter be placed on 10.08.2023 before the Hon’ble Court.
In the mean time, Ld. Counsel for the appellant is directed to supply the copy of the Urgency Application to opposite parties and also intimate the date fixed, in writing, to the opposite parties.
