As regards pre-deposit Ld. Counsel has filed a Waiver Application (I.A. No. 433/2022) along with a D.D. No. 584173 dated 21.09.2022 (Yes Bank) for Rs. 2,88,761/- (Rs. Two Lakh Eighty Eight Thousands Seven Hundred Sixty One only) as 25% of dues, toward pre-deposit. As per the demand notice the dues amount was Rs. 11,55,044/+Interest. (Page No. 77) of the appeal.
The instant Appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against final order dated 09.07.2022 of DRT, Lucknow in S.A. No. 49/2018. Waiver Application (I.A. No. 433/2022) and Delay Condonation Application (I.A. No. 343/2022) and Stay Application (I.A. No. 345/2022 have been filed.
