THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL:
IA.No.228/2023 is an application filed by the Appellant for modification of the order dt.26.04.2023 passed directing the Appellant to deposit an amount of Rs.1,48,72,851/-. Due to typing error, it appears that total amount is directed to be deposited. However, having considered the submissions made by the Learned Counsel for the Appellant, the said order dt.26.04.2023 is modified to the extent that the Appellant shall deposit the amount equivalent to 40% of Rs.1,48,72,851/within 4 weeks, failing which Appeal stands dismissed.
