Received a put up petition being I.A. No. 227 of 2023 and an application being I.A. No. 228 of 2023 through online on 05/06/2023 from Ld. Advocate, Ms. Sanjukta Basu Mallick appearing on behalf of Appellant with a request for modification of order dated 26/04/2023. Hard copies of the same were received on 14/06/2023. Affidavit of service was filed along with the application. Service upon respondent No.1 was confirmed whereas remaining respondent No. 2 had not been served.

Vide order dated 26/04/2023 passed by Hon’ble Chairperson, Appellant is liable to pay Rs.1,48,72,851/- (Rupees one crore forty eight lakh seventy two thousand eight hundred fifty one only) inclusive of interest with a period of six weeks, failing which Appeal shall stand dismissed and the matter is fixed on 14/07/2023. Till date the order has not been complied with.
