Heard the learned counsel for the appellants.

Learned counsel for the appellants contends that on the application filed by the respondent-Bank, the matter has already been expedited, directing the Tribunal below to consider and decide the S.A. No. 35/2020 within three months, therefore, it is prayed that the present matter may also be remanded back to the Tribunal below to decide the issue raised in the present appeal pursuant to the order whatever is passed by the Tribunal below.

Learned counsels for the appearing respondents do not have any objection to the contention raised by the learned counsel for the appellant.

In view of the above, the matter is remanded back to the Tribunal below for its consideration and passing of the appropriate order in consonance of the order, which is passed in the pending proceedings before it.

According, the appeal stands disposed off.
