THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Heard the Learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that he has preferred a Writ Petition before the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta against the order dated 14th February, 2023 but no stay order is on record. Time granted vide order dated 14th February, 2023 has already expired. Since pre-deposit is not made, the appeal is not maintainable for want of pre-deposit.
Accordingly the instant appeal, being Diary No. 146 of 2022, is dismissed as not maintainable for non compliance of making pre deposit.
Copy of the order be supplied to Appellant and the Respondents and a copy be also forwarded to the concerned DRT.
