Shipra Hotel Ltd. Vs. India Bulls Housing Finance Ltd.
Shri Amit Sonkar, holding brief of Shri Prashant Kumar, Ld. Counsel for the appellant is present and filed dates and events and also the proof of service to the Caveator.
Learned Counsel has also filed An Exemption Application (I.A. No. 435/2023) for exemption to deposit the amount in terms of section 18(1) (3) and also prayed for permission to withdraw the present appeal.
The present appeal has been filed by Bank under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the final order dated 16.03.2023 passed by DRT, Lucknow in S.A. No. 906/2022.
In view of prayer made by the appellant in (I.A. No. 435/2023) for withdrawal of the present appeal, let it be placed before the Hon’ble Court on 04.07.2023 for withdrawal.
