Learned Counsel for Appellant submits that this matter was mentioned in the last week by Mr. Jishnu Saha, Learned Senior Advocate, who made a request for adjournment. Since he himself has made a request for adjournment, matter may not be taken up as Appellant Counsel is not

prepared and adjournment was sought by Learned Senior Advocate for Respondent No. 1.
