THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :

This M.A. is filed refund of pre-deposit amount of 3.00 crore with accrued interest which was deposited by the appellant in compliance of the order of this tribunal vide order dated 18.07.2023. As per Registry note the amount of Rs.3.00 crore was deposited on 02.05.2018 as pre-deposit by the appellant. Since appeal was disposed of Registry is directed to refund the amount of pre-deposit with interest in accordance with law.
