No. 1025 of 2023 Ashoka Hawai and Shoes Private Limited Versus Indian Overseas Bank and others dated 18th July,2023 is filed on 30th August, 2023 wherein the Hon’ble High Court has expected the disposal of pending Appeal within a period of four months from the next date fixed. As would appear from the record this matter was listed on 11th July, 2023 and was adjourned on the request of the Learned Counsel for the Respondents on personal ground and was listed for 23rd August, 2023 with a direction that no further adjournment shall be granted.
