Scrutiny of the application observed the followings:
The application has been filed on behalf of Ashoka Hawai & Shoes Pvt. Ltd against the order passed by the Ld. Presiding Officer, DRT-2, Kolkata,order dated 05-10-2021 in TSA/04/2021. Application fees of Rs.50005/- vide T.R. no.115559 dt.11-04-2022 has been paid along with the application.
