THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Learned counsel for the appellant endorsed on the memo of appeal and submits that appeal may be dismissed as the matter is settled with respondent no.1 bank.
Learned counsel for the appellant further submits that predeposit amount may be refunded to the appellant with accrued interest so that appellant may be able to deposit the amount to the bank and settle the matter.
Accordingly, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Appellant is permitted to withdraw the pre-deposit amount with accrued interest. Appellant will be at liberty to deposit the amount to the respondent bank. No order as to costs.
File be consigned to record room.
Copy of the order be supplied to the appellant and the respondents and a copy be also forwarded to the concerned DRT.
