THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
It appears that in the memo of appeal Respondent No. 2 is shown as Smt. V. Rajalakshmi. Learned Senior Counsel for the Respondent No.3 submits that she died pending SARFAESI application and her daughter Smt. N. Padma Neelayyagari who is party Respondent No. 3 in the Appeal was substituted in the SARFAESI Application. Accordingly, name of the Respondent No. 2 Smt. V. Rajalakshmi should be deleted from the array of parties by the Appellant within a week.
Opposition filed by the Respondent No. 1 is taken on record. Rejoinder if any, may be filed within three weeks
